Uploading Syndicated Data

Confido allows you to upload your syndicated data files to track actual performance against the forecast: 

  1. Select Sales on the left hand navigation 
  2. Click Actuals 
  3. For Consumptions: 
    1. Select Upload 

    2. Confirm if we should derive incremental units from base (if (Y/N)

      1. Note: Confido will use machine learning to predict the units lift, if incremental units are not provided by the data source.
      2. Mandatory Fields:
        Planning Group
        Product
        Week Ending

        Other:
        Units
        Dollars
        Incremental Units
        Incremental Dollars
        Base Units
        Base Dollars
        TDP
        TDP, Any Promo
        ARP
        Percent Lift 
        Stores Selling 
  4. For Depletions: 
    1. Select Upload 
    2. Select the Customer data is for 
  5. Once Uploaded Confido will suggest header mappings against their respective field in your Confido forecast 
  6. Confirm the suggestions are correct and complete any remaining fields (if applicable)
  7. Click Import
  8. The uploaded file will be displayed under Actuals and the consumption data has now been imported into your forecast.
