Updating and Managing Retailer/Distributor Portal Integration

In the event that login credentials change or we lose connection to your portals, you can easily update the information to ensure data flow continues into Confido. 

  1. Select Integrations on the left hand nav 
  2. Ensure that a team member is entered on the Integration Maintainers field so they are notified if connection is lost 
  3. Navigate to the connection you need to manage
  4. Select the [...] on the right hand side and select either of the following  
    1. Edit Credentials: Input the new login information
    2. Contact Us: Email support@confidotech.com with the new details
    3. Update Bot Token: Update the Bot Token in the vendor portal 
    4. Last Failure Screenshot: View the error message we are receiving from the portal to triage
