Understanding Recommendations in Forecasting

Confido utilizes incoming deductions and syndicated data to provide real time forecast suggestions to ensure it's always staying up to date

  1. As we receive deductions and syndicated data we will track the performance against the live forecast 
  2. Confido will then make recommendations for updates to the forecast 
  3. To view and take action on these: 
    1. Navigate to the Forecast 
    2. Click View Recommendations in the box on the top left 
    3. A pop up will appear summarizing all of our suggestions 
    4. To view click the eye 
    5. This will take you to field you should view 
    6. Click the red i to view our reccomondation 
      1. For more context click into the chart on the right hand side 
    7. You can either Accept (for all or some) or Dismiss the recommendations
    8. If accepted the change will propagate through the forecast an can be tracked in the audit log
