How to Manage Product Lists and Families

Easily manage product lists and families directly in Confido. 

  1. Select Products on the left hand nav
    1. To manage Product Lists:  
      1. To add by individual unit: 
        1. Select Add New Sellable Unit 
        2. Input Mandatory fields: Product Name and UPC
        3. Input additional optional fields
        4. To create or add Product Family select the drop down and Add New Product
        5. Click Save

      2. To add by case: 
        1. Click Case in the header
        2. Select Add New Case
        3. Input Mandatory fields: Product Name, Product, Units per case
        4. Input additional optional fields

      3. To add in bulk complete and upload this template by selecting Upload Products CSV
